We are OPEN but we are continuing to work differently.

Please call us first 09 420 8400, this is to help us decide how we can help you safely. 

We are continuing to offer new options for care in Level 2, by phone and video in the first instance and face to face at the clinic if the GP or nurse thinks this is required for you to receive the care you need. 

If you need to see us face to face we will ask you to wait in your car and call us on 09 420 8400 first as we want to keep you safe when you come into the clinic.

Please do not put off any medical treatment, call us or email us through Manage My Health.

E-Prescriptions

Prescriptions are now sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice so you don't need to come in and collect them – you can pay us online or face to face if you don't have internet banking.

E-Laboratory Test Requests

You no longer need to pick up a paper-based form. We have sent your form electronically to LabTests. You simply need to go to the LabTest site and they will be able to access your request.

Flu Vaccinations
We have stock at the medical centre for all patients. Please phone us to make an appointment. The cost for patients who are not eligible for a free vaccination is $35. 

WINZ & ACC Certificates

We can now do follow up WINZ Certificate renewals and ACC off-work certificates via a phone consult. The same fee will apply as if you had a face to face consult.

Repeat prescriptions and queries about results can be done via Manage My Health and/or ringing the clinic

Opening Hours 

Our business hours remain the same Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm and we are recommencing our Wednesday evening clinic from 20 May.

We are continuing to do a Saturday urgent clinic 8.30am-12.00pm.

Payment for Services

Payment for non-face to face services can be done via internet banking. We will send you a text message with the cost of the service and our bank account number. However, if for any reason you do not receive a text and wish to pay your account please see below for our bank details.
