As of 20 July 2020 there will be a small increase in doctor and nurse consultation fees at Kaipara Medical Centre from $19 to $19.50 for a standard 15-minute adult appointment. These increases are in line with the Ministry of Health allowable fee increases for Very Low-Cost Practices like Kaipara Medical Centre. There will also be a slight increase in ACC co-payments. 

Prescription fees are also increasing from $12 to $12.50. This is the first increase in prescription costs at Kaipara Medical Centre for a number of years.
