*Important Update – COVID-19 Pandemic Protocols for both Alert Level 4 Lockdown and Alert 3**

Government-imposed changes mean that as of Monday 23 March appointments will be done over the phone or via video consult. If you need to attend the clinic you will be advised of this by your doctor or nurse.

During this time of increased anxiety about Coronavirus, we want to assure our patients we are still here to meet your healthcare needs, although it may be different from normal. Here are some of the changes you'll notice:

  • We can now do follow up WINZ Certificate renewals and ACC off work certificates via a phone consult. The same fee will apply as if you had a face-to-face consult.
  • We can do phone consults for a range of other health needs. Again, our usual consultation fee applies.
  • We are also working on doing video consults and this will be available over the next 1-2 weeks. All you need is a device such as a computer or a smart phone, with connection to the internet. We send a link to you before the consultation.
  • Repeat prescriptions and queries about results can be done via Manage My Health and/or ringing the clinic
  • We are planning to have the Manage My Health online booking facility turned back on when we move out of Alert 3 so patients can book phone/video appointments themselves.

Our business hours remain the same Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

(We are not doing a Wednesday evening clinic during lockdown and Alert 3)

We are continuing to do a Saturday urgent clinic 8:30am-12:00noon including Anzac Weekend (Saturday 25 April)

Please do not come to the medical centre unless you have been triaged over the phone by one of our doctors or nurses and they have given you an appointment time. This is to minimise the spread of the virus.

When you arrive at our carpark please phone us on 09 420 8400 and either a doctor or a nurse will come out and get you and bring you directly into their clinic room.

Remember, if you're in need of healthcare please contact us. It's much better for you if we are able to deal with a problem earlier before it becomes problematic and more difficult to treat.

Our new ways of working will ensure the safety of you and our staff, so please don't let fear of catching COVID-19 put you off asking a doctor or nurse for advice.

Payment for Services

Payment for non-face to face services can be done via internet banking - we will send you a text message with the cost of the service and our bank account number. However, if for any reason you do not receive a text and wish to pay your account please see below for our bank details.
